General Property Rules
These guidelines help us maintain Harmony as the exceptional experience it was designed to be — for every guest.
By booking Harmony Luxury Lodge, you agree to the following property rules. Please review them before your stay and share them with your group.
Quiet Hours
Harmony is designed for peaceful, intentional stays. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and are enforced by both the county and HOA. Parties and events are not permitted.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Unapproved late check-outs may result in additional fees.
Minimum Stay
A two-night minimum stay applies year-round. A three-night minimum may apply during holidays and long weekends.
Maximum Occupancy
Harmony accommodates a maximum of 8 registered guests, including children. Unregistered visitors or overnight guests are not permitted.
Booking Requirements
The primary booking guest must be 25 years or older, must be present for the duration of the stay, and may not book on behalf of others.
No Pets
Pets are not permitted at Harmony in strict compliance with HOA rules.
$500 fine for unauthorized animalsNo Smoking or Vaping
Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property.
$500 cleaning fee if violatedNo Illegal Substances or Fireworks
Illegal substances and fireworks are strictly prohibited at all times. Violations may result in immediate removal from the property.
Respect the Property
Please do not tamper with exterior cameras, the smart lock, or Wi-Fi equipment. Guests are also asked to avoid bringing glass onto the deck, near the firepit, or around the hot tub and sauna.
Hot Tub, Sauna & Outdoor Amenities
Guests use all amenities at their own risk. Please rinse before using the hot tub or sauna, replace covers after use, and avoid bath products, roughhousing, or unsafe behavior. Spray tan is not permitted in the hot tub or sauna and fines may apply for damage. Children must be supervised at all times.
Archery
Archery is available for guest enjoyment and must be used responsibly and at your own risk. Adult supervision is required at all times.
Septic & Trash
Harmony is on a septic system, so only septic-safe materials may be flushed or washed down drains. Please place all trash in the designated wildlife-proof outdoor bin.
Cleaning & Damages
Please treat the Lodge with care. Excessive mess may result in additional cleaning fees, and any damage must be reported promptly. Guests are responsible for the cost of damage beyond normal wear and tear.
